In view of observations made in paragraph 10 of the judgment rendered in First Appeal No. 2985 of 2016 on 7th October, 2016, by learned Single Judge of this Court, it appears that it would be necessary for the petitioner to resort to the remedy so provided and if it is contention of the petitioner that machinery has not been set up so far, the petitioner will have to seek a suitable prayer in this regard by approaching either to the competent authority and/or appropriate Bench of this Court. In view of this, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the competent authority /appropriate Bench of this Court.

Leave to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed for is granted. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
