DATE: 25th January, 2019 PER COURT:- By filing the present applications the Acquiring Body has sought further extension for depositing the amount of compensation as has been directed by this Court.

{2} 941 CA 961 OF 2019 & ORS. The record reveals that previously atleast on three occasions the time has been extended by this Court for depositing the amount of compensation by the Acquiring Body. In the last such order passed on 20.12.2018, it has been specifically mentioned that the said extension was granted by way of last chance. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to allow further extension. The applications, therefore, stand rejected.
