The learned Advocate representing the Corporation has placed a compilation of two documents on record, which are collectively marked as "X" for identification. The said compilation demonstrates that the Corporation has deposited Rs.1,16,00,000/- with the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Jalgaon, as per the assessment of 2018. He submits that the fresh assessment will also be made. He is under instructions to further state that the measurement of the lands sought to be acquired, has been carried

The learned AGP submits on instructions that the acquisition proceedings would now be commenced and would be completed within the timeline prescribed under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, after the notification is published under Section 19. The notification under Section 19 would be published within 30 days.

The Petitioners are satisfied.
