So far as said prayer is concerned, the petitioner has equally efficacious alternate remedy under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He may avail the same.

So far as other prayers are concerned, the representation of the petitioner is pending before respondent no.5 - Conservator of Forest, Nashik. Respondent no.5 shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner on its own merits, within the time frame of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
