Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that a sealed envelope was produced before the learned Sessions Court, where the Sessions Case No. 232 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 34 of I.P.C. is pending. An application Exh.35 was moved for supply copies of the documents contained in the said sealed envelope. Since no decision was taken on the said application, the petitioners filed another application Exh.36 under Section 207 of Cr.P.C.

In view of the above and considering the prayer in this petition, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded, who is seized with the Sessions case, to decide applications Exh.35 and 36 in view of the provisions of section 207 of Cr.P.C. and also for fair trial, at the earliest.

In the result, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded, who is seized with the Sessions case No. 232 of 2021 is directed to decide applications Exh.35 and 36 within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
