We have heard Mr. Khandagale Patil, learned Advocate for the petitioner. Learned Advocate submits that the show-cause notice is based on false facts. Mr. Wange, learned Counsel appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and submits that reply fled by the petitioner would be considered on its own merits by the Disciplinary Authority. 2.

The petitioner is assailing the show-cause notice. Inquiry Offcer has also held the petitioner guilty. Disciplinary Authority has issued show-cause notice. Reply given by the

(2) WP-14502.2019.odt petitioner to the show-cause notice will have to be considered by the Disciplinary Authority before taking the decision. If any decision is taken adverse to the interest of the petitioner, the petitioner has remedy available.
