Petitioner is awaiting decision of respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee regarding his claim for validation of 'Tadvi' Tribe Certificate.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that vigilance enquiry has been conducted, even though, he has not been served with any copy of the report. He submits that the petitioner has already lost a chance to get admission to the law course through CET examination for want of certificate of validity. 1/2

Respondent committee be directed to conclude an enquiry at the earliest, inasmuch as the online registration and confirmation of application form for registration for LLB 3 years CET examination for academic year 2025-26, is to end on 27.01.2025. 5.

We dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to remain present personally before Respondent No. 2- Scrutiny Committee on 06.01.2025 and the committee shall thereafter decide his proposal/claim as early as possible and in any case, by 22.01.2025.
