We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondent No. 3 has filed an affidavit stating that the subsequent resolution is passed on 09.03.2017 and the respondent No. 3 has continued the petitioner in service. In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
