Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 10 days in filing First Appeal condoned. Respondent No.1 is the original claimant and respondent No.2 is the original respondent No.1-S.T. Driver, who is the employee of the present applicant. He is only the formal party. Present respondent No.1-original claimant resist the application on the ground that the delay of 10 days has not been properly explained.

Taking into consideration the duration and the reasons stated in paragraph No.4, the delay is hereby condoned. 3.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Registry to verify and register the First Appeal and place it for further consideration on 17-10-2019.
