Heard both sides.

The petitioner is challenging the order of the Scrutiny Committee invalidating his tribe claim.

By the order dated 30.07.2019 while issuing notice to the respondents, ad interim relief was granted in favour of the petitioner prohibiting respondent Nos.1 and 2 from taking any adverse action on the ground of invalidation under challenge.

It is now being pointed out by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that erroneously, even the ad interim relief could have been, but was not granted against respondent No.3 which is the employer. He points out that by the communication dated 23.11.2024 now he apprehends some drastic action by the respondent No.3.

Learned Advocate for respondent No.3 submits that it is not a show cause notice, but just a warning to enable the petitioner to produce certificate of validity at the earliest. 6.

No adverse action shall be initiated against the petitioner even by respondent No.3 till the next date.

Civil Application No. 13906 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.

List the writ petitions alongwith another civil application for final disposal on 29.01.2025.
