This is an application with a prayer seeking directions to the respondents to disburse the suspension allowance to the applicant with interest till decision in the writ petition. This prayer is basic prayer in the petition i.e. prayer clause (B) and same reads as under :- "(B) By issuing appropriate writ, order, direction or any other appropriate order in the nature of writ, Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to disburse the suspension allowance along with interest."

In view of these facts, we are not inclined to entertain this application. Accordingly, we are posting the petition itself for hearing disposal on 19.03.2019. The parties are also put on notice that on next date, if it is convenient to this Court, this Court may hear the petition and dispose of on that day.
