Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Petitioners' lands are stated to have been taken possession way back in 1999 and 2005 respectively.

The lands are being purported to be acquired for construction of minor percolation tank No. 5 at village Takali Taluka - Khultabad and Tank No. 15 at village Dhamangaon Taluka - Khultabad.

It is stated in the affidavit in reply that proposals had been submitted for acquisition of petitioners' lands and no further progress has taken place.

Having regard to aforesaid, the concerned shall proceed with the land acquisition proceedings pursuant to the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in right earnest which shall culminate into an award and payment of amount by 31st December, 2021.
