In that view of the matter, petitioner to approach to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by filing original application within two (2) weeks. In case, petitioner files original application within two weeks as indicated above, we direct the concerned authority to decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, however, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such original application. We have not expressed any opinion on the contentions raised in the petition on merits.
