The petitioner claims release of tuition fees/examination fees of the students of the petitioner/school admitted in the academic

3 65 WP 13988.2018 - [J] year 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 from the reserved category of R.A.N.M. course.

We have heard the learned counsel for plaintiff and learned A.G.P.

The issue is no longer res-integra. Reference can be had to the order dated 05/08/2018 in Writ Petition No. 8053 of 2015 and the order in Review Application St. No. 22465 of 2016 with connected review applications decided on 13/10/2017. 5.

In light of the above, the respondent - State is directed to release the tuition fees/examination fees of the approved students of the petitioner school for the reserved category students of R.A.N.M. course admitted for the academic year 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 expeditiously preferably within three months from today, without insisting for the suitability certificate for the period 2011-2012, 20122013. 6.

Rule accordingly made absolute.
