1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2] Issue notice to respondents returnable on 9th January, 2018. Mr. Navandar, Advocate waives notice for respondent. 3] Matter pertains to condonation of delay of 23 days in filing first appeal.
4] Considering the nature of subject matter and for the reasons stated in the application, I do not find any impediment to condone the delay. Accordingly delay stands condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Registry to take requisite steps for further process. On registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents. The learned counsel Shri Navandar waives notice for respondent-Central Railway. Call for R.& P from the concerned Tribunal.
