03.06.2019 P.C. :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition had been moved against the order passed by respondent No.4 to absorb a person in the petitioner school where petitioner is working. That order had been stayed under interim relief granted by this Court. Subsequently, said concerned person who was directed to be absorbed in petitioner school has been absorbed under the orders of very same authority in a different school. Learned counsel therefore, submits, that the purpose underlying the writ petition in the process gets worked out and writ petition does not require any further prosecution.
