Heard learned counsel for applicants-appellants. 2.
Perused the applications and other relevant documents. 3.
There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad in Land Acquisition Reference, on condition that applicants/appellants shall deposit the entire amount of
2 935-CA-1441-18-S compensation pursuant to award along with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
