We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Bajaj, learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that earlier the petitioner was not eligible to be admitted as he has not completed six years of age. Now he has completed six years old. The letter is issued to the parents of the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner is selected in R. P. Godge Patil English Medium School, Wavi, Tq. Sinnar, Dist. Nashik and that he should appear therein with original documents as detailed in the letter.

The petitioner no.2 is selected for admission in Government Ashram School, Lauki, Tq. Shirpur, Dist. Dhule.

In light of that, grievance of petitioners stand redressed.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
