Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has fled an application with the Collector for regularization of the sale deed, however, Tahasildar has issued notice for hearing. According to learned Advocate, the Tahasildar does not have any jurisdiction to entertain the proceedings of regularization.

The petitioner has himself moved the Authority for regularization of the sale deed. According to the petitioner, if Tahasildar does not have jurisdiction, the petitioner may

(2) WP-14494.2019.odt bring it to the notice of the Tahasildar by referring to appropriate provisions. Naturally Tahasildar will take into consideration all the said aspects.
