This application is filed for condonation of delay of 557 days in filing First Appeal. First Appeal is filed for enhancement of compensation on behalf of claimants. 3.

Learned advocate for acquiring body has vehemently opposed the prayer of claimants stating that delay is not properly explained. He further submits that in case this Court is inclined to allow the application, then claimants shall not be held entitled for interest for the delayed period. Bhagyawant Punde
