We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. It is submitted that verbatim same reliefs were claimed by the present petitioner in Writ Petition No. 14348/2019 and the said writ petition is dismissed by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 27th November, 2019. 2.

Judicial propriety would not permit us to entertain the present petition after earlier the writ petition filed by the petitioner for same reliefs is dismissed by the learned Single Judge. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order in earlier writ petition, the

2 W.P. No. 14829/2019 petitioner has got a remedy available with him. The petitioner may avail the said remedy. In that regard, all the contentions raised in the present writ petition are kept open.
