The learned counsel submits that remeasurement is not been conducted. This Court in Contempt Petition No.800/2016 filed by petitioners under order dated 17.10.2018 has recorded the statement of the learned A.G.P that the exercise of re-measurement of the land is undertaken on 18th September 2018.

If the said statement is erroneous, the petitioners can take action of contempt. For the same purpose for which earlier order was passed in the writ petition, the second petition would not be tenable.

If the petitioners so desire, the petitioners may take further action.
