The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is interested in having the benefit for discharging excellent work in accordance with the order dated 19.03.2008. He submits that the petitioner is merely soliciting directions to the respondent-CEO, Beed to consider his representation dated 22.06.2023 (Exh.'D').

The learned advocate Ms. Sangole for the respondent nos.2 to 4 submits that the respondent-CEO would consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.

Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-CEO to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2023 (Exh.'D') in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
