The contesting parties namely the appellants and respondent No.3 acquiring body have settled the matter and also entered into compromise terms, which are tendered across the bar by the learned counsel. The same are taken on record and marked as "X" for identifcation.

I personally verifed the contents of the aforesaid compromise terms through parties and they admitted the same being truly recorded. As such, those consent terms are accepted. The award be drawn in view of those consent terms. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.

Court fee be refunded as per rule.

The acquiring body shall deposit the amount of compensation as prayed in the compromise terms and on such deposit, the appellants - claimants are permitted to withdraw the same alongwith accrued interest thereon.
