The learned advocate for the original claimants relies upon the order passed in First Appeal No. 326/1999 arising out of the same acquisition proceedings wherein, this Court has granted compensation at the rate of Rs. 55,000/- per Hectare. 2.

Considering that, this Court is inclined to allow the cross objections by granting compensation at the rate of Rs. 55,000/- per Hectare.

In view of the same, cross objections stand allowed. 4.

Clause No. (5) of order dated 05.08.2025 shall stand modified as above.

This order shall be part and parcel of order dated 05.08.2025.
