DATE : AUGUST 23, 2021 ORDER :- Inspite of service of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent no.2. Learned AGP objects for allowing the application. There is delay of 924 days in filing appeal by the claimants whose land has been acquired.

For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), on condition that the applicants shall not be entitled for the interest for the delayed period of 924 days. 2.
