The party-in-person states that the Respondent No.2 is trying to sell the house. The Respondent No.3 has withdrawn amount from the Bank. She is having her own house, still, is intending to sell the house. The Respondent No.4 has transferred the electric meter. The Respondent No.3 has also mutated the house in the name of Respondent No.2. The Respondent No.2 intends to take possession of the property bearing No.1236. 3.

It is not disputed by the petitioner that these properties are subject matter of Civil suit pending between the parties. The suit for partition is decreed before the trial Court. The appeal is

pending.

In view of the fact that the writ properties are subject matter of Civil Suit which is decreed in favour of Respondent No.2, the parties would be governed by the ultimate decision of the Civil Court. In view of the pendency of the civil dispute, it would not be appropriate for this Court to entertain the Writ Petition. 5.
