We have heard Mr. Wagh, learned advocate for the petitioners. There are illegalities in the voters list after publication of the final voters list on 21st August, 2017 subsequently provisional voters list is again published on 22nd August, 2017 and thereafter again final voters list is published on 7th September, 2017. Various illegalities are committed. 2.

It is submitted that, even the nomination papers are filled

2 wp 14350.17 in and only the voting scheduled on 26th December, 2017 is to take place.

In view of the fact that all stages in the process of election except voting are concluded. At this stage, the grievance of the petitioners cannot be considered.

In case subsequently the right arises to the petitioners, the petitioners are entitled to raise the grievance in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
