Learned counsel for applicant/original respondent has placed on record order dated 18.06.2024 passed by the cooperative bench of this Court in Civil Application No. 4437/2024 in First Appeal St. No. 24173/2023. He seeks same order in this application. Learned counsel for respondent/acquiring body records no objection for the same. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

a) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

b) The remaining amount of 25% shall be deposited in any Nationalised Bank and be renewed periodically till the decision of the appeal. ( R. M. JOSHI) Judge dyb
