ORDER

(9th December, 2023) 1.

The appellant and respondents are present along with their advocates. Compromise has arrived at between the parties. In order to complete the formalities an application is filed for bringing LR's of appellant No.4 on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent records no objection for allowing this application. Application stands allowed. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Civil application be registered for the purpose of record.

The parties have compromised the dispute in terms of compromise 932.fa1469.20.odt

memo duly signed by them. It is marked as 'X' for identification. Both the signing parties are identified by their respective advocates. Jagannath Nanabhau Sumbe who is added as appellant being LR's of deceased Nanabhau has recorded his no objection for compromise through VC. He is duly identified Mr. B. K. Patil, Advocate. His oral consent is recorded and accepted. Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Award be drawn accordingly.

The amount of additional compensation payable to the claimant shall be deposited within a period of 45 days. The claimant shall be permitted to withdraw the same as per their share determined by the Tribunal. The claimant make statement that except them and signing parties, there are no stakeholders in the subject matter in the proceeding in hand. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. 5.

No order as to costs.
