The Petitioners have put forth prayer Clause B as under: "(B) Writ Petition may kindly be allowed and the respondent authority i.e. Deputy Director of Education, Pune may kindly be directed to decide the proposal submitted by the respondent management on various dates by following the due process of laws as expeditiously as possible."

Akin to the orders passed by this Court in similar matters, this Petition is disposed off.

We expect Respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education, Pune to deal with the Proposals of the Petitioners as mentioned in Prayer Clause (B), on their own merits and by scrutinizing and verifying the concerned record within a period of 60 days.
