We have heard the learned advocate for petitioners. The petitioners challenge the notice issued by the respondent No. 2/bank U/Sec. 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 (for short "Said Act").

In case some action is taken U/Sec. 13(4) of the said Act or otherwise, the petitioners can approach the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
