We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner challenges the notice issued by the respondent No. 2/bank U/Sec. 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 (for short "Said Act").
