Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 07.08.2023 passed below Exhibit U-217 by the learned Second Labour Court, Aurangabad in Reference IDA No.45 of 2018, whereby the learned Labour Court allowed the application filed by second party.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Labour Court, the respondents and second party has already filed examination-in-chief and all the documents are exhibited.

In view thereof, once the said order is given effect, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 07.08.2023
