Injury suffered by the applicant is 74%. Having regard to this, I am inclined to allow the applicant to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% of the amount deposited by the employer. Hence the order.

ORDER

50% of the amount deposited by the employer be paid to the applicant subject to his giving an undertaking that he would deposit the entire amount if the decision of the appeal goes against him within three months.
