Criminal Appeal No.877 of 2004 appeared on the board for final hearing. Several times it was adjourned. Record shows that, bailable warrant was required to be issued. Thereafter, as there was still no response, this court issued non bailable warrant. In pursuance to such non bailable warrant, appellant is personally present in the court today. Learned counsel for appellant prays for recalling the above order of non bailable warrant. He undertakes to conduct the matter diligently henceforth.

Considering the above discussion, as applicant is present in the court today, and his counsel undertakes to work out the matter on next date, order of issuance of non bailable warrant is recalled
