VERSUS
KIRAN BABURAO PATIL AND ORS ...
Advocate present.
CORAM:
H.M.BHOSALE REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED: 10/12/2019 1.
Heard the learned Advocate for the appellant. Having considered the Bailiff report, it transpires that the Bailiff concerned is unable to trace out the address of respondent nos.2 and 3 on the basis of available address on record. Consequently, the learned advocate sought substituted service in terms of Order 5 Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
2.
I am satisfied with the grounds set out in the application. It would be just and proper to allow the substituted service. In turn, reissue notices to respondent nos.2 and 3 as prayed in the prayer clause on payment of requisite charges.
