The applicant - original claimant is allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. 50% amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% amount by furnishing solvent security. 4.
