Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that fresh proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is submitted to the Education Officer ( Page 43).

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the said proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law preferably within six months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
