By this petition, the petitioners are seeking directions to the respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners as belonging to "Thakar" - Scheduled Tribe, which is pending since 14/7/2025. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that, the petitioners are desirous of prosecuting their further studies. We, therefore, direct the respondent No.2

Writ Petition No.14489/2025 :: 2 ::

Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners, which is pending since 14/7/2025, within a period of six months from today.
