ORDER:

Mr Thombre, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed an application seeking transfer from Nanded to Beed district. The petitioner originally belongs to Beed district and the husband of the petitioner is working with Zilla Parishad, Beed. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has a small ailing child and the distance between the place where the petitioner is working and the workplace of the husband is 300 kilometers. The learned counsel submits that, the vacancy for filling in the post of open category candidate with Beed Zilla Parishad exists.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respondent - Zilla Parishad.

It is stated that, the petitioner has already made an application requesting for transfer. The respondents shall consider the application filed by the petitioner (Page 28 and 30) as per its policy governing the transfers at the time of general transfers to be effectuated for the academic year 2018-19.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
