Learned advocate Mr. Gowali submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent Nos.6 and 7. 2.

The parties are unanimous that the only issue is regarding issuance of school leaving certificate to the petitioner whose custody is currently with the father pursuant to the orders of the Family Court. 3.

Mr. Gowali submits that the original T.C. was handed over to the mother and still the headmaster who is personally present has brought duplicate school leaving certificate which can be handed over to the petitioner. Learned advocate for the petitioner receives the duplicate certificate and seeks disposal of the matter. 4.
