My attention is adverted to paragraph no. 6 which records that respondent is doing business of selling tyres, which is in consonance with the relevant facts. Instead of 'respondent' it should be 'appellant'. In title clause the number of Civil Revision Application should be corrected as '130/2025'.

Necessary corrections be carried out and a fresh order be uploaded. 4.

Motion is disposed of.
