This application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Yashwant Bhagaji Gaikwad. The deceased died on 22.02.2024. As per the averment, the present applicant Nos. 1 to 5 are the only legal heirs of the deceased. There is delay of 198 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. The civil application is allowed. Necessary amendment in cause title be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of.
