The Commissioner of Police may be directed to take stern action against the Respondent and restrain him about the selling the lands which are in the share of other share holders. C.

The Respondent may be restrained to make any transactions in relation with SALARJUNG lands without obtaining the heirship certificate as per the provisions of Law.l 2.

Such directions cannot be given by the Criminal Court. 3.

The petition is disposed of as dismissed.
