PER COURT :- Though, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents - claimants has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons as are assigned are not sufÏcient to condone the delay, for the reasons stated in the application, which according to me are just and sufÏcient, delay of 200 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.
