The original respondent has filed this application seeking permission to withdraw an amount deposited by the non-applicant/ original petitioner in this Court, to which the learned counsel for the non-applicant has given no objection.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as the no objection of the learned counsel for the respondent, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the non-applicant/original petitioner in this Court, along with any accrued interest thereon.
