Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the period of externment has already expired and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

Upon perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the period of externment was from 26/11/2025 to 09/12/2025, which has already elapsed. Further, interim relief was granted in favour of the petitioner. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of being infructuous.
