Pursuant to the order dated 13.01.2023, the petitioner appeared before the Management on 16.01.2023 and tendered an application. The Management accepted the application and passed a resolution appointing the petitioner on compassionate basis. It is, therefore, jointly submitted that the petitioner would report for duties as a compassionate appointee on the post of a Peon on 01.02.2023. 2.

As such, the Management agrees to forward the proposal of the petitioner for approval to his appointment on compassionate basis, to khs/Jan.2023/14601

- 2 - the Education Officer within one month. The Education Officer, after receiving such proposal, would verify the documents and by following the due procedure laid down in Law, pass an appropriate order, expeditiously and preferably within 45 days, therefrom. 3.

In view of the above, by consent, the writ petition stands disposed off.
