1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant/original claimant. 2] Despite service of notice, none appears for both the respondents, including the insurance company. The application is for condonation of delay of 14 days caused for filling First Appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned MACP, Dhule in MACP No. 11 of 2012.

2] For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Registry to take requisite steps for further process. After registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents, returnable on 27.09.2017.

3] In addition to regular mode of service, appellant to serve the notice to respondents privately by fastest mode and file affidavit of service on or before the returnable date.
